- Once the payment is made and the digital product/access is delivered, we do not offer any refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Why no refunds? Digital goods cannot be “returned” like physical products. Once you receive the file or link access, you have consumed the product.

with proof of payment. We will manually send your access within 24–48 hours.
